JAL. Diciembre 2013.- El
Centro Cultural Axixic, principal foro de la cultura y las artes de la
delegación del mismo nombre, será la sede el próximo sábado 28 de diciembre a
las 19:00 horas del recital ‘México desde el Corazón’. El evento tendrá como
protagonistas al Tenor David De la Mora en la voz y el Mtro. Raúl Molina De
Anda en la Guitarra. El recital abarcará repertorio en su mayoría de
compositores mexicanos como Manuel M. Ponce, Agustín Lara, María Grever, Jorge
Del Moral y Consuelo Velázquez, además también algunas canciones populares
mexicanas. La entrada al evento tiene un costo de
recuperación de $60.00 pesos.
Ajijic, JAL. December 2013. - The Axixic
Cultural Centre, which is the main art and culture forum in the town of Ajijic,
will become the hosting venue of the recital ‘México desde el corazón'
(‘Mexico, from the heart’) next Saturday, December 28th at 7:00 pm. The concert
will be featured by Tenor David De la Mora and Maestro Raúl Molina De Anda on
guitar. Most of the repertoire will consist of pieces from romantic Mexican
composers like Manuel M. Ponce, Agustin Lara, María Grever, Jorge Del Moral and
Consuelo Velázquez. Additional pieces performed will include popular Mexican.
The entrance to this event will have an admission fee of $60.00 pesos.
Due to the success of their
last recital ‘Voices and strings of the Mexican Revolution’ on november 21st,
the tenor De la Mora and Maestro Molina de anda will perform again in the
municipality, but this time in Ajijic. This next recital will be similar to the
last one, for all those who didn’t get a chance to attend.Tenor David De la Mora is a
Guadalajara native rising star within the lyric environment in the state. His
vision defines art as something not optional and that must be locally developed
in first place. He began his vocal studies with the Soprano Patricia Lomeli and
Tenor Vladimir Bañuelos. He studied at the Conservatorio de las Rosas from
2010-2013. During his residence in Michoacán he participated in the staging of
various operas including: Bastian & Bastiene, La Mulata de Córdoba , The
Marriage of Figaro, and The Elixir of Love. He has also taken lessons with some
opera leading figures and coaches from the national and international stage,
such as: Francisco Araiza , Dunja Vejzovic , Roberto Bañuelas , Silvano Zabeo ,
Shirley Close, Rogelio Riojas and Claudio Rizzi . Furthermore, Maestro Raúl
Molina de Anda, who will accompany him on guitar, was also his teacher in music
theory, harmony, music appreciation and composition.
Maestro Raul Molina is a
graduate of the National School of Music of the UNAM, specializing in Guitar.
He also studied composition in the same school and in Jalisco has excelled in
the creation of his own musical works, which have been presented at major
events. Some of these works have been commissioned by the government, for
example: Suite del Museo Regional (The suite of Regional Museum), Homenaje a
Pablo Picasso (Homage to Pablo Picasso) and Sangre de Oaxaca (Blood of Oaxaca).
He has also recorded several solo albums with his own compositions and in
collaboration with other artists. He is also a graduate of Maestro Francisco
Navarro Lara’s Orchestra and Band Conduction School (endorsed by the Associated
Board of Royal Schools of Music in London) based in Huelva, Spain. He is
currently music teacher, a founder and a director of Intermunicipal Network of
Orchestras in Jalisco’s Valles Region, and already has three orchestras in
Tala, San Juanito Escobedo and Etzatlán. We extend the invitation to the media and the
community to attend this event. Our purpose is to promote and encourage
cultural expansion and forum for young artists from our state and to grant them
access to opportunities that can help advance their careers in any artistic
